The silent auction officially opens at 10am and closes at 5pm on Saturday, July 25th. Any exceptions will be announced during the event.

Attendees participating in the silent auction are encouraged to visibly wear or carry a name tag as proof of auction registration.
You may replace your name tag at any point by bringing your old tag to the check-in table.

Guests must be 18 or older to participate in the Silent Auction and may be asked to show an ID.

To place a bid, write your name, contact information, and bid amount on the next available line of the item's bid sheet.
A minimum starting bid is included for each item.
We recommend using the same name and phone number you used to register for the event.
Each line should contain one name, one phone number, and one bid.
Bids must increase by at least $1.00 (USD) over the current highest bid.
Silent auction items are typically one-of-a-kind opportunities. While many items may sell below their estimated retail value, popular items can receive competitive bidding. If there's something you really want to take home, you may need to bid above its estimated value. Consider what the item is worth to you and bid accordingly.
‍Please do not alter, erase, or remove bid sheets.

Guests who have supported Kingdom through a qualifying donation or contribution are eligible for complimentary raffle entries for select auction room prizes. These raffle items are our way of thanking supporters and do not require monetary bids. During pre-registration, select "Yes" if you've already contributed, or let us know at check-in. Qualifying support includes a GoFundMe or monetary donation, a silent auction donation, a thrift donation, an event contribution, or a recent purchase from Kingdom. No receipts or photo evidence are required—we appreciate your honesty and support. Eligible guests will receive a raffle stamp on their name tag at check-in.

Winning bids must be paid before items are claimed. Card, cash, and other valid payment methods may be accepted at the Kingdom counter. You may also choose to direct your payment directly to the GoFundMe. Be prepared to show your donation confirmation!

Winning items must be accepted by 8:00 PM on July 25. Winners must respond within 30 minutes of notification to remain eligible. If you are unable to collect your item before the event ends, please speak with Kingdom staff or volunteers to arrange an alternative pickup.

Limited quantity Water Balloons and Blasters may be available 10am–12pm for fun challenges (dependent on weather and volunteer availability).
